Daughters of Elilial
Source: The Gods Are Bastards - Web Serial
Type: Highest Tier Entity
Hierarchy: Highest Tier (direct descendants of the Queen of Demons)
Minimum Warlock Level: 20
Physical Description
The Daughters of Elilial have variable forms, as each of the seven daughters has unique appearances reflecting their individual aspects and powers. They are extremely powerful entities, with each daughter possessing unique abilities that reflect different aspects of Elilial's power.
As direct descendants of the Queen of Demons and independent agents, they possess full sentience and high intelligence. Their forms can vary dramatically, but they all share an aura of immense power and infernal might that marks them as beings of the highest tier in Hell's hierarchy.
Role in Hell
The Daughters of Elilial occupy the highest tier of Hell's hierarchy as direct descendants of the Queen of Demons herself. They are extremely rare and powerful, with each daughter serving as an independent agent with unique abilities and purposes. They are not part of the organized caste systems but operate at a level above even the elite demons like Khelminash and Rhaazke.
Their relationship to Elilial grants them unique status and power, making them among the most powerful entities in the infernal realms. They operate independently and can pursue their own agendas while still serving Elilial's overall goals.
Making a Pact
What Daughters of Elilial Want
Each Daughter seeks different things based on her unique nature, but generally they seek: - Grand purposes: They are not interested in minor pacts—they seek warlocks with ambitions worthy of their power - Recognition: They value acknowledgment of their status as Elilial's daughters - Significant offerings: They require offerings or services of immense value - Advancing Elilial's goals: They expect warlocks to serve Elilial's interests in meaningful ways
What They Get from the Pact
Through the pact, Daughters of Elilial gain: - A champion: The warlock becomes a tool for advancing Elilial's grand designs - Influence: The warlock provides significant influence on the material plane - Recognition: The pact acknowledges their status as Elilial's daughters
Contract Difficulty
Negotiation DC: Nearly Impossible (DC 30 Charisma check)
The Daughters of Elilial are among the most difficult entities to contract with in all of existence. As direct descendants of the Queen of Demons, they are extremely selective and will only consider warlocks of exceptional power, ambition, and dedication to Elilial's cause. The negotiation itself is a test of worthiness, and failure can have severe consequences.
Demon Summon
When you summon one of the Daughters of Elilial, she appears in her unique form and can aid you in ways that reflect her specific nature and abilities. Each daughter has different capabilities, but all share:
- Immense Power: The Daughter possesses power that rivals or exceeds most other demons
- Unique Abilities: Each daughter has abilities specific to her aspect of Elilial's power
- Strategic Insight: As independent agents with high intelligence, they provide valuable strategic advice
- Direct Connection to Elilial: They represent Elilial's will and can act with her authority
The Daughter can remain summoned for a number of hours equal to your warlock level, but she expects to be given tasks worthy of her power and status. She will not tolerate being summoned for trivial matters and may refuse commands that do not serve significant purposes or Elilial's interests.
