Emperor Sharidan

Emperor Sharidan Julios Adolphus Tirasian reigns over the Tiraan Empire from the Silver Throne in Tiraas, the current head of the Tirasian dynasty that has ruled since the Empire's reunification at the end of the Enchanter Wars. To his subjects he is the supreme secular authority of the realm — the man at the apex of the Parliament, the Imperial Army, and the whole apparatus of Imperial government.

He is widely regarded as a careful, controlled, and capable ruler, and a charming one. He cuts a handsome, gracious figure at court, easy to like and difficult to corner, with a reputation for measured judgment rather than rashness. An informed citizen would say the Empire is in steady hands.

He rules alongside his wife, Empress Eleanora, who sits the parallel Swan Throne. The two are publicly understood as genuine partners in governance — she is no mere consort but an active force in Imperial diplomacy and administration in her own right. Together they embody the continuity and stability the Tirasian line has long stood for.

His government is the visible skeleton of the Empire: the Imperial Parliament of provincial representatives, the Imperial Army under General Oscar Panissar, the Imperial Intelligence Service, and the black-coated Hands of the Emperor who attend the imperial couple as their personal guard and the seen edge of Imperial authority.
