Quentin Vex

Lord Quentin Vex is the head of the Empire's Imperial Intelligence Service — the man responsible for gathering information, running the Empire's espionage, and safeguarding imperial interests at home and abroad. Though he holds no office that ordinary citizens ever see, he is widely understood to be one of the most powerful figures in Tiraas.

He is a fixture of the imperial inner circle and a regular advisor to the Emperor and Empress on matters of security and foreign relations. His intelligence network is said to reach throughout the Empire and well beyond its borders, which makes his counsel carry weight in policy far outside what his quiet title would suggest.
