Naphthene is the goddess of the sea, representing the oceans, tides, storms, and maritime life. She is part of the Pantheon only by default and maintains a unique relationship with mortals.

Note: Clerics of Naphthene are extremely rare, if they exist at all, given her refusal to grant power through organized religion. If a cleric were to gain power from Naphthene, they would use the Tempest Domain.
